At Urban Relic Studio, every artwork is created with care and attention to detail. I want you to feel confident when purchasing an original piece or commissioning a bespoke artwork.
For completed artworks purchased directly from the website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without giving a reason.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order, you must notify us clearly within the 14-day cancellation period. Please provide:
-Your full name
-Your order number
-The date the order was placed
-The date the artwork was received
-The name or description of the artwork
-A clear statement that you wish to cancel the order
-Your preferred contact details

"I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the purchase of the following artwork: [artwork name or descroption].

Returning the Artwork
The 14-day cancellation period is the period in which you must notify me that you wish to cancel your order. Once you have notified me, you have a further 14 days to return the artwork.
-The artwork must be carefully packaged and protected for its return journey.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork is faulty or damaged.
-Please use a tracked and insured delivery service where appropriate and retain proof of postage.
-Please contact me before arranging a return so I can advice on suitable packaging and insured transportation.
Refunds include the original standard delivery charge, where applicable. I will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork.
Artworks created specifically to your individual requirements, including bespoke dimensions, colours, compositions, non-cancellable and non-refundable once the commission for personalised goods applies.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production of bespoke commissions, subject to your statutory rights.
Before production begins, all agreed specifications, pricing and estimated completion times will be confirmed.
If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, preferably with photographs of the artwork and packaging.
I will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
