Each piece is made to order, designed around your project, your client, and the story the space is meant to tell.

This is not off-the-shelf art.

We work with you to develop statement pieces that integrate seamlessly into high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors—balancing scale, texture, and architectural presence.

As a trade partner, you receive:

• 20% partner commission on confirmed projects
• Fully bespoke, client-specific artwork
• Direct collaboration from concept to completion
• Priority access for commissioned work

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Urban Relic Studio Trade Programme (“Programme”) and apply to all interior designers, architects, developers, and trade partners (“Partner”) engaging in commissioned projects.

By submitting a Trade Application or engaging in a project, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Work

All artworks are:

• Bespoke and made to order
• Designed specifically per project requirements
• Unique and non-returnable

Urban Relic Studio reserves the right to interpret and execute creative direction in line with the agreed concept.

3. Pricing & Quotations

• All quotations are project-specific and valid for a limited time (typically 14 days unless stated otherwise)
• Pricing may vary depending on scale, materials, and complexity
• Shipping and crating costs are quoted separately unless specified

4. Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence production
• The remaining 50% balance, plus crating and shipping costs, must be paid in full prior to dispatch
• Production will not begin until the deposit has been received
• Final delivery will not be scheduled until full payment has cleared

5. Non-Refundable Deposit

Due to the custom nature of all works:

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable
• Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled

6. Commission Structure (Trade Partners)

• Approved Partners are eligible for a 20% commission on confirmed projects
• Commission is calculated based on the artwork price (excluding shipping and additional costs unless agreed otherwise)
• Commission is paid after full payment has been received from the client

Urban Relic Studio reserves the right to withhold commission in cases of:

• Non-payment or cancelled projects
• Breach of these Terms

7. Client Relationship

Urban Relic Studio may:

• Invoice and communicate directly with the end client
• Or work through the Partner, depending on the agreed arrangement

Commission is only payable on projects introduced and confirmed through the Partner.

8. Production & Lead Times

• Lead times are estimated and may vary depending on project complexity and workload
• Urban Relic Studio will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but is not liable for delays outside its control

9. Shipping & Delivery

• All artworks are professionally packaged and crated where required
• Shipping costs are calculated per project
• Risk transfers to the client upon dispatch

Urban Relic Studio is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by couriers
• Customs issues (if applicable)
• Damage occurring during transit (claims must be made with the carrier)

10. Installation

Unless explicitly agreed:

• Urban Relic Studio does not provide installation services
• The client or Partner is responsible for proper installation

11. Intellectual Property

• All designs remain the intellectual property of Urban Relic Studio
• Urban Relic Studio reserves the right to photograph and use completed works for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes

12. Liability

Urban Relic Studio shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Delays outside reasonable control
• Misuse or improper installation of the artwork

13. Termination

Urban Relic Studio reserves the right to:

• Refuse or terminate partnerships at its discretion
• Decline projects that do not align with its creative or commercial direction

14. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The latest version will apply to all new projects.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to UK jurisdiction.

Urban Relic Studio operates as a bespoke creative partner. Each project is treated as a collaboration, with the intention of delivering distinctive, high-impact work aligned with the vision of both Partner and client.
